LOL, as for Ford having problems with power you spoke just a little too soon. In 2007 SVT is no longer making the cobra version of the mustang, it is going back to Carrol Shelby and will be the 2007 Shelby cobra mustang. It will have around 550 hp, a solid rear end, and run with if not past the z06 vette and the SRT-10 viper. Plus the stock 05+ GT's have 300hp. The numbers are never going to match cuase some people go by witnessed track times, some by he said things, and still others by stock numbers from tests. Since we have people from all sides of the country at all different kinds of tracks ontop of that it's hard to piece it all together.

 

Well everthing i found on the 2007 stang said it would be around 500hp "around" sorry if im being a dick but i dont like ford. now in 2007 it will have some new compition with the return of the camaro which looks 10X better than the stang.
Also we all know that dodge and chevrolet wont let the stang creep up with a fast car on them so expect more power to come out of both of them they are about 2 years ahead of ford on the "power race".

hmm, bring back the camaro with retro style after ford does for the stang........ looks nice, but id still rather have the stang, and as far as wich is faster i guess well just have to wait and see........

 

this camaro is strictly an artists rendering so far...i am also admin at camaro forums, and this isnt a set in stone form yet...although i think it would be a good idea to keep astride ford with the retro stang.

 

Quite frankly I absolutely hated the retro stang look first time I saw one on the road before I saw that pony on it I thought it ooked like a really nicely kept chevette LOL. Now those new camaro renderings I'm liking (I like the red one the first one posted so far LOL) and I can't wait to see what Dodge responds with [:-]

 

I was told that GM was the one that wanted to release the "flashback" camaro before ford thought about it but ford poped theres out faster not sure if it is true but who knows. i would like to see a GTO flashback.
