Fixing my headlights.
For some reason my headlights are all pointed to the right terribly, so I can't see anything without having my brights on. Do I need to take my bumper off to adjust them or is there an easier way? (I drive a 95 Eclipse RS)
One more thing, when my car is running, I hear a weird sound coming from my power steering belt area, it's like I can hear it rotating and it sounds like its possibly hitting something, any ideas?

i think there is a way to ujust the lights not sure how though. there is on the 98 modle, or thats what it looks like. not sure bout that though. and bout the p/s thing it it the belt or the unit itself
are you the first owner? was the car ever wrecked? there is a way to adjust the headlights without removing anything. Just google headlight adjustments.
be sure that your timing cover isn't broken. It may be rubbing on the belts.

No I am not the first owner, it has been wrecked twice I believe. I just replaced the power steering belt a couple weeks ago because it broke, I think it may just need to be tightened but I'm not sure. As for the headlights, I can't really find anything on adjusting them.
you should see a visible crack in it. If it is replace it ASAP. I had a few pieces of mine break off into my timing belt causing it to skip about 3 teeth on the intake side.
There should be a mechanism on back of the STOCK lamps that allows you to use a screwdriver to raise/lower rotate left or right the lamp. if the lenses are aftermarket, then the only way to really adjust them would be to shim the mounting bolts.

those were the same things i was thinking of. i just didnt know if that was the same for your modle car. it sould b easy to do. my hanes manual has a good was of doing it. something with a brick wall and some measurements. go to the auto store and read up on it.
lol unfortunately most of them are shrink wrapped, but yeah, its that assembly in that model and works that way with the brick wall.... what im wondering right now, is where i can get good aftermarkets.. im skeptical about the ebay ones
Okay I figured out how to adjust my headlights, but I'm not really car inclined and I don't even know what the power steering cover is, can you link me to a picture or something so I can tell whether mine is in tact or not?
