Default Fog Light ???

Installing Fog Lights on an RS, is it a plug n' play, meaning the plugs are already there for the lights in the bumper?
I don't want to crawl under there being in my present state of recovery/

I ask this b/c I removed the trim panel to the left of my wheel yesterday, the one that houses Power Mirrors Cruise Control and the Fog Light Switch.
There were 2 connectors behind it, but I am unsure as to which function out of the 3, those 2 control.

Better yet, let me affix a pic.

Someone explain.
I want fog lights.

Yes sir, most Mitsu cars come prewired as you can see and noticed according to your pic. Now all you have to do is find the foglight connectors zipped tied and covered by some plastic on the radiator bracket and close to the foglight openings.

Oh yeah, if you get the control panel that goes there, it's a matter of plug and play.
I've proven this plug and play thing time and time again, where the car is already prewired, you just need the components and to fill in the fuse slot.
Not directed at you Josh. That was a general statement.

I was hoping you'd reply to this one.

Question #2:
What do I need to buy?
Foglights (obviously)
Switch.
Fuse (amp?)??
Brackets?

Or do I just rig-a-jig the existing piece

That piece inside the opening should be just a plate that you can remove, unless the whole housing is a blank plate, then you will have to remove the whole black housing and replace it with an open fog light housing.
Yes, to the fog light bracket, fog lights, control panel to replace your existing one (because the slot is already cutout for the switch),
