RE: Front bumper
you will not find one without the mitsu symbol because that is a stock mitsu bumper and it would cross copyrights of mitsu you can look into a place like innerstate that replaces OEM style equipment but it has to be 60% differant in order to be sold so it will not fit as well as that one. the best option is to grind the mitsu sighn and fiber glass it smooth.

I don't remember if that's the 2.0 bumper you put a pic of or the 2.5 (I call the later half the 2.5 gen cuz they changed minor things about the car like the front bumper and headlights BUT the chassis is still the same.) If it's from a newer one ('97-99?) Eclipse then it'll fit but you'll have to get the headlights to match. I believe I'm pretty close to the mark here but if my ramblings are too incoherent let me know I'll try to set ya straight on what I mean.

yeah you got it sand it is a 97-99 eclipse front he has a 95-96 talon..yes you would need new headlights\sidmarkers and fogs and that bumper will fit...i would just go to a junk yard and youll find one im sure where you can take everything needed from one place for cheap

RE: Front bumper
i would just go to a junk yard and find one (if its possible) with all the parts, then just have the bumper painted. That would be the cheapest way to do it. Other than that you'd need to go to ebay or something to buy all the parts as Emonz specified

RE: Front bumper
Sorry I forgot the fog and marker lights... LOL Either way everything will bolt right up and fit nicely. You'll just have to get the other headlights. All the mounting and bolt holes, brackets, and sockets are exactly the same. The difference lies in the shape and look.
