Bumper cover\ bumper same thing.... yes it is the stock 97-99 front end. bumper cover if you want to call it that.

certifit they have brand new unpainted front bumpers for like $45 theres a few around the us but ull probly have to have it shipped
45 dollars???? that seems a little too cheap...

just to be asbsolutely sure, when i get new headlights and side markers, i get ones that are made for 97-98 eclipses?

REmember they have to pay extra for the size of the box and the handling. It's that expensive because of those reasons. UPS charges more and also because of the weight. They're paying for both the gas to haul the piece and space to carry it. That's actually pretty cheap for a bumper cover. The shipping I paid for my stuff was around $100.
