the only reason ppl buy Maf-t is so that they can vent to hear the bov better (basically paying 500 bucks to hear a noise that will drive them nuts in 1 week. and i've also heard that it's a BI**H to tune with those things and that the weather can throw it off... humid, hot, cold, wet, dewy, etc etc. Greddy makes good products but i would not go with theri FMIC. it's overrpiced. really, you could go w/ an ebay one but if you do want a name i agree w/ Sebba to go w/ Buschar, they are the $hit and not toooo terrible of a price.

anyway ... i've made my decision with everyone and the resident *******'s help. (by the way, i think that is hilariously .... true)

probably gonna go with the ets intercooler. dunno if i want the 7 or the 10.5 one, but i guess its just price preference. i do enjoy the party favor sound the bov makes, but, if its harming my car more than helping ... i think its time to move on. SO. to add on to the fmic, i might as well buy those type s or rs bov from greddy that circulates.

i think thats a good step. and cheaper too.


no more trying to take the easy/expensive/ricer way out.


EDIT!: sorry, oopsies ... they dont make s anymore ... just s and rs. *****. can someone help make this easier for me?

 

what do you need help with? they dont' make the type S anymore but you can still find them all over on forums and on EBAY. they also have the type RS and a new type R bov. the other recurc bov's are HKS SSQ and soon to come the TIAL... i duno how but they are making a recirk kit for it.
