DO NOT switch back. Once you go full synth you will do MORE damage if you switch back.

And Corvette's actually REQUIRE Mobile 1 no less or you will void the warranty. For those of you that DON'T know oils Mobile 1 is the fully synthetic oil made by Mobile.

im staying with synth
one last question.
it will be ok to use synthetic blend motor oils? after i used the full synth on my car?

On the switching back to conventional I have herd definatly not to because fully syn motor oils have detergents in them to break down conventional oils.

thanks for your answer tx97gst , so i guess if you drain the fully synthetic oil and add conventional, what is left ( the residuals ) of the fully synthetics will break down the conventional oil and actually dont have anything to do with the viscosity
