Default GSX acceleration studder

So I am pretty new to mitsubishi and eclipses, I just did a timing belt on my 1998 eclipse GSX and I have had the car for about a month. I noticed when you floor it and the boost comes up it kind of studders, like the car jerks a little. does anyone know what could be causing that the car has60k original miles on it.

It is bone stock except magna flow exhaust and a K & N filter, when I floor the pedal the boost starts to kick up. As the car accelerates it kind of studders, the car still accelerates fast but it is like little jerks, its sort of like the feeling of the tires slipping just for a second. The acceleration is not smooth.even if you are crusing and 65 in 5th gear and you floor it it will studder when the boost kicks in.Could it have to do with the timing?

What gas are you putting in? When was the last time you changed your plugs and wires?
