you getting anyspark to the plugs i can almost bet there not firing post your findings and we'll see if you can get that little beast to fire up

you might be barking up the wrong tree with the fuel pump you have a few things to look at if theres no spark and no fuel ...can you read any codes on the computer,,, if not does the check engine light for at least 5 seconds when the key is turned to the on position, are you getting power to the distributor/coilpacks and how much (volts) and whats coming out .

we'll start there and see where it takes you

When the Ignition is on the fuel Pump does not come on! The check engine light does not come on either and there is still not any spark comming through. Tested the spark and there is nothing.

if there is no power the the ecm ...

just check the fuse if the fuse is good you can possably have a break in the wire to the computer (doubt it )

there is also a relay that controls both fuel and spark located in the upper right hand side on the engine compartment...

before you worry about any relays lets see if that computer is working first

The engine does not recieve a spark and checked colts on fuel pump, relay and everything else but only missing 6 volts. I Bought a new ecu and hopefully it works. I tool the orignal ecu out and it smelt burnt so hopefully it works.

Cada who ? .......some sensors only receive 5 - 6 volts it's not a 12 volt world on sensors ...You just need to know what your looking for at,,, what Factory Specs are before you go and start pulling out parts ..

going by what Wht Lghtng says it could be the ecm getting 12 or could be a fuelinjection relaywho knows where he is picking up the 5-6 volt readings from,

pretty much it seems as he is a little shy of working on mitsu's and how an electronic fuel injection system works .......
