3rd) you can get aftermarket ones that come black, that or find some stockers and get the black tint.
4th) they make accent kits in all kinds of colors w/ this piece included (also comes in CF)

 

do you mean the stock headlights with the black housing? i have those stock ones on my car, they look really nice too, i think better than the halo's, and you would either have to order the trunk pieces black, i haven't seen anyone that has the black ones at a yard, i have black on top and gray on bottom, and a gray back. mine little piece doesn't pop in either but with my new cd player it doesn't show, but there is a little clip in behind it that it staps into, it could be broken or really loose.
