Ok, on that topic, does anyone know how to get that foggy stuff out of the stock eclipse headlights? I was thinking that there should be a way to open them up and clean them..... But, as of yet, not sure.

Unless you're getting water or moisture into the housing from a crack or bad seal....that "foggy look" is on the outside. Yes, there is something you can do about it, without buying a new set and that's wetsanding.

You start with a low grit like 600-650, do that for a couple of minutes...you lens will be very scratched up by then (that's normal), then move to 800, do that for a few minutes, move to 1000 grit and do that for 5 minutes, then go to 1500-2000 grit...this is what will smoothen the lens back to normal. After that, it will look just as hazy as it did before you began...it's ok. Rub your hand across the lens and make sure that it's all smooth. Last, this is always forgotten or just not done correctly, use some sort of plastic scratch remover like Meguiars Scratch X.
After you are done, your arm will be tired and "Popeyed" but your lens will look new again. One more thing you can do to make sure that it will stay that way is to spray some clearcoat on it. If you do this, do it as if you were painting a body part, if you don't, it will cake up in spots. The thing to know here is that it's just like painting anything...take your time and follow the cans directions. If you don't use clearcoat, it will eventually "fog" up again and when it does all you have to do is use Scratch X (or something like it). I use it every other month.

Another note.
If you can still see the bulbs, don't use any grit lower than 900-1000, it doesn't need anything lower.
This is also a general write up, the worse it looks the lower the grit you'd want to start with. I started the write up with 600-650 grit assuming that the lenses look horrid.
