I have a 1997 Eclipse Spyder. The headlights are always on! And the horn blows all of the time. It is in a shop now but they can't find the problem. A cam sensor was replaced prior to this. Something they did caused this. They replaced the 100 amp fuse because it was blown. Maybe they connected jumper cables wrong?
The battery cable has to be unpluged to stop the horn and turn off the headlights. Any help in this would be great!!!!
