Ok, so somebody thought it was a good idea to steal the fuel plug out of the bottom of my gas tank when i went to miami for a week to steal all of my gas, before I left the car started fine, but now i get NOTHING. It seems to want to turn over, but dosnt. Its a 1996 and its a stick, no turbo. When i turn the key to the on stage (one click before the starting stage) i can hear the fuel pump toggle itself to send fuel to my engine. Yes i put a new plug in and put more gas in. When you try to start it very small puffs of white smoke come out of my exhaust. I have absolutely no idea what is wrong, there is oil, gas, the battery is fine. Ive tried everything to get it to start but so far no results.


any ideas?

 

Fuel pump ran dry, thats the problem.
