Help! 98 eclipse rs wont start

Thanks. i guess I'll try that next. I'm also gonna take another look at the mfi fuse. I checked it twice and it didn't look burnt. I'll go over it again though just to be sure.
if you do check the fuse, use a voltometer and set it on the ohm's setting. that'l tell you if you have a circuit (in other words if your fuse is still good)

you know what it might be... your crank angle sensor, you should check that

Can you tell me where to find the crank angle sensor? I haven't spent much time under the hood of a mitsubishi. Is it gonna be a pain in my *** to get to?

well idk abuot a crank angle sensor but the crank position sensor is abuot the oil filter , and when lift your car up its almost right across from the front wheels, and the sensor has a wireing harness connected to it, and its only held in by one screw.. it didnt fix my prob but try it... there only like 72 dollars new...

Have you checked your fuel filter because that would also keep it from getting any fuel if everything in it settled and clogged it up while it was sitting. Just a thought. It's a cheap fix
