assuming its clean and runs well id say its a 7k car at best, see if he bites. you cant make 350whp on 550 injectors and unless those are old pictures, he just took a giant close up picture of the stock turbo. Bring someone who knows these cars and what to look for, dont get ripped off.
Oh, and if he invested 10k for those mods, he likes to throw money away, you could have all those parts for $4k easily.

 

I bet he's overpricing everything to make it SEEM like he dumped this HUGE amount of $ into the car. I bet he didn't spend that much just thinks noone else knows what the stuff is actually worth.
