130k on a stock 7 bolt is kinda high. but again, it's all how it was taken care of. honestly there is no way to know for sure either. you can look and listen for odd sounds and typical dsm problems but if they know dsm's and they know what kind of probs they have... it's not to hard to cover them up.
be CAREFUL when buying one of these cars. honestly i'd try to find a gsx w/ a 6 bolt swap. you can find them for 4500-6k these days.

a "6 bolt" is refering to an earlier DSM motor that does not crankwalk and is built just a little bit stronger. they came stock in the 89-92.5 eclipse gst's and gsx's. from 92.5-99 they used the "7-bolt" motor which was prone to crankwalk. if you want to know what crankwalk is... please SEARCH. this subject has been covered like 3 times this week alone.

 

the gsx has all the receipts for all the oil changes,radiater flushes,modifacations. it has 101,000 miles on it. no rust he says minor blemishes.$8,250
id say he is a little high.especialy since lastclutch was replaced 47,000 miles. so it wont be to long, i think before it will go, but it is not a factory clutch so idont know.

 

or i could get a 2004cavalier 47,000 miles,$8,948

 

yeah i paid 5k for my 96gsx, it had 135k on it, but it was bone stock except for the wheels. And come to find out its on it's third motor, so the motor only has around 90k. but hey i got rid of my ****ty dodge neon.

 

8250 for a stock gsx is rediculous. 5k is reasonable. again.
