Default How much?

how much would it cost for a shop to replace a wheel bearing? i went to get an estimate and they said they would call and i doubt they will. so decided to ask here

Ive seen something like this end up costing a few hundred dollars before, and as low as lik $75 it depends on a lot.

$75 for a wheel bearing??!?. I dont know about that. I had mine replaced and due to some added stuff it drove the cost up alittle bit. But if nothing goes wrong (ie they can get the bearing off the axle without an issue) you could be looking at anywhere from $300-$500. Its not that simple of a job

Really? At that cost you might as well buy a full hub/spindle from Mitsugraveyard.

damn....i was close. Thats not bad though. Just hopefully they dont have problems with the bearing being fused to the axle

buy one, and do it yourself. i did both sides and both sides inner and outer tie rods in like 2-3 hours all together.. they are easy..
