Hey guys. I am just trying to get a price on my old turbo. Trying to sell it. How much do you guys think I can get for my old t-25 that came off around 130,000 miles, a little less than that. It has no shaft play and it spooled up just fine. I had no problems with it. What do you guys think?

One quick question, how much for a rebuild kit anyway?

IMO i wouldnt pay more than $100 for a turbo that old. I know its good so thats not an issue. But thats what i would figure on a price

Anyway, I wanted to make sure on the shaft play. How do you check for shaft play again? I just want to make sure...

 

take the compressor wheel and wiggle it

yea that pic is off a dam in taunton, ma. It was about the only time my home town was national news, haha

 

So if it wiggles, then there is shaft play? If it doesnt wiggle and spins freely, then no shaft play? Right?
