yea the one sitting on the manifold is your MAP sensor. And im not saying you have an engine from a 93-94 eclipse which would account for both the 1g top head and manifold, and the 7 bolt block since those years came with a 7 bolt

 

yeah i see what you're saying, but i got confused because the shop told me 2 things, one was that it has a 6 bolt swap in it, and that it runs 11's, which there's no way it could do. because it is fwd without lsd and only a big 16g turbo on it. maybe low 12's but not 11's. and is there a more deffinite way to figure out what i have because I don't want to end up with crankwalk and having to replace the block

 

well the oil pan is supposed to be a dead giveaway. But for the best proof you have to drop the tranny and check the bolts on the flywheel

 

Yeah I know I totally forgot to check when I put in the new tranny,lol but of course didn't think of it

 

i tried to test drive it today, and it stuttered a little bit but not as bad as when the hose came off, i couldn't tell if it was because it was wet outside and i was just spinning or what, so imma have to wait til the roads are dry to do another run
