Default i need everyones advice

my friend is looking to buy a gst and weve narrowed it down to these two cars let me know what u think about them and which one you would get

http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/car/468734111.html

i emailed him and this is what he replied

The car had some mods when I bought it. Before I bought it: 16g Turbo Bigger Manifold and trottle body from 1st gen 6 Bolt Engine Coil overs CF Hood Injen Intake Greddy Bov After I bought it I added: Innercoolerinstalled by ROAD RACE ENGINEERING Innercooler piping by RRE Boost Contoller done by RRE 190 Fuel Pump RRE ACT 2100 clutch and pressure plate RRE Fidanzza 8lb Flywheel RRE I replaced the Struts and got new tires about two months ago Right now its boosting over 20lbs its fast but it could be faster if you tune it. Fastast car Ive taken is an evo 9 not by much maybe a car. The only thing im keeping is the greddy bov I'll replace it with a Turbonetics Raptor Its new. It was for5500 but i cracked the windshield on the passangers side so i dropped it to 5000.I just found out its gonna need a head gasket which is $50 or $100 if you want a metal one. Labor on the other hand will probaly be about $400. Its drives but it kicks out alot of steam from the tailpipe. I'll let it go for $4000 that should leave you with a couple hundred in case they charge you a little more for labor. The motorwas replacedwith aJapanese oneso im assuming it has like 60 to 70 thousand by now. The odometer reads 199000. When they swapped the motor they didnt change the speed sensor so its reading it as kilometers instead of miles causing it to rise faster.

then there is also this one

http://losangeles.craigslist.org/lgb/car/476048820.html

let me know which one you guys would get and at what price, thanks

Steam is not the same as coolant. It might just be normal
