well after some research i think its most likely either my IAC isnt working properly and/or thethrottle body is dirty and/or sticking letting too much air and causing the surge. soon as it stops raining like it has been for the last week i can pull my intake apart and check my IAC. let me know if you have any other idea of what it could be.

ok so i was thinkin today cuz i was doing some research on the good 'ole internet and came acrossa potential solution.it said if you changed out the ISC and didnt replace, or atleast inspect the o-ring, that if it got damaged during removal that that could be the cause of idle surge, even if a new ISC is installed. is that true?

OK i think i fixed the surge! I messed with the BISS and got her down to 800. i can go down more but im not sure the proper speed for idle. some crack head that lives in my apt. complex said thats its suppost to be around 750, is he correct? And is it normal for when i turn the A/C on for the idle to bog down?[/align]

well all i fixed this error on my car. It was the IAC got a new one from napa for $66
Still had idle surge after the biss was adjusted because it was almost falling out only thing i can think of is it vibrated loose.

700-800 is the correct idel this error is triggered buy being off target rpm for more than i believe 20 sec.
