10.5 is a pretty big wire. ive seen 8 second eclipse running 8.5mm wires. I said dont get MSD's because i ahve seen SEVERAL people who used to have burned up their coil packs with these wires, more than once. they got sick of having this problem over and over, changed their wires, and had no problems ever again.

It may be from the size wire. With a bigger wire they will be trying to draw more current from the system which I could se burning up coil packs. Again I repeat you NEED to do your research learn EXACTLY what power will be drawn using what wires and what sizes. I don't happen to know these figures offhand at all. Just bear in mind the less resistance in the wire the quicker the electricity travels and the more juice it will be able to pull from the system. Also more juice= more heat in the system possibly causing some components to burn up if they are weak. So it's all a matter of research and mathematics. (Sorry interiors and electronics are the things I KNOW about for sure lol). (I know a bit about older engines but not really much about these newer 4 bangers LOL).
