You're pretty much stock. You can't really expect too much out of her.
You'll only get a little more umph with a 3" turboback and intake. Your turbo is the passthrough that is the bottleneck.
15psi from a T25, it's out of breath and it's a good thing for the stock fuel system too.
Also, IMO, a CAI doesn't translate into much of anything in a turbo car, the SMIC/FMIC do the cooling job a lot better and more efficiently since they are cooling the hot charged air and not getting ambient temp air vs. engine bay temps. Keep it and get a bigger SMIC (Supra or the likes) or an FMIC, once you utilize one of those, then the CAI will make a difference.

But the mustang dyno is also refered to as the "heartbreaker" for good reason, haha
