Yes Nakura it is all his fault. My lawyer told me that the parked car's insurance will most likely go after the cabbie since he started everything. Thing is insurance is odd, like in this case they will probably offer like the 70/30 split and hope I will take it in order to fix my car quickly. They'll assume I dont have the cash to fix it myself and will want to settle, but **** them. Lol
