Default KA-thunck!

Ok here's the story. On the way to work today I hopped in and took off. Made it up the mountain and back down. Turned onto the side road and heard this loud thunk. I started to go into one of the 2 s turns and heard it again. Took it over the one whoop-de-do hills and heard it again. All the same noise coming from the drivers front. I'm planning on selling it ( thx guys.lol!) but still need to make sure it's safe for me to use as a DD till then. Plan on taking a look in the morning and was hoping someone might give some insight.

motor mount? is your car manual? if so, put it in 1st, put the parking break down, pop the hood and rock the car, if your engine rocks a lot, its ur motor mount. u will prolly also hear the same klunk noise when you do this

yea, CV, my car is doing the same thing cuz i got a cracked boot.. so maybe just see if you have a cracked CV boot and if so, get a new one, it should come with the grease, and replace it, that should do it, if not you will need to replace the CV joint
