I tried the reseting of the key fob. But when i turn it to ACC and then back, the doors dont lock? But if i turn it to ACC and press the FOB, it works?

The black little plugin box on the right under the dash right?

Did you do it according to the FAQ?
https://mitsubishiforum.com/m_101287/tm.htm ?
Yes, the connector is under the dash. Did you do this with all the doors closed?

Check the jumper connections then. The locks should open and close on their own. The remote shouldn't matter at that point.

If all else fails, remove the remote's button battery, press and hold one of the buttons for a few seconds, let it sit for a few minutes, put the battery back (also make sure your remote battery isn't old), and retry the process.

I don't know why it didn't work with you and the only thing that can affect this is the jumper wire. That's the thing that tells the keyless brain that it's time to program.

Huh? I thought you said you followed the how-to on this?

Was the radio install a DIY?

A jumper wire, such as the one that was used in the how-to (an everyday paper clip...I used a small spare wire I had in my toolbox).

Did you use a Metra wiring kit or similar? Are you sure the wires are wired up correctly? Kind of odd that your keyless/alarm stopped working correctly after the radio install, don't you think?

Pull the fuse for the radio, then check the fuse for your keyless and your power locks.... try it all again, and get back to us.
