klunk noise (kinda annoying)
hey, i recently started hearing a loud klunking noise coming from the back of my car whenever i use the breaks kind of hard... (not really slamming on them but almost) it sounds kinda like the ABS system but i can't feel it at all in the pedal, could my tires be off balance maybe?? Thanks

RE: klunk noise (kinda annoying)
oh, another problem, i just replaced the battery in my car with the min. recomended amps. stupid idea, my stereo amp is drawing too much power so the headlights aren't working properly now. anyway, sometimes when i shift into neutral, at a stoplight or something, the car will bog down to about 300-400 rpm's and fluctuate between there and 600, it usually idles around 800, could this be caused by the battery??? i'm taking that one back tomorrow and getting one with like 680 amps (instead of the 525 one they gave me), but i just wanna know if i have a bigger problem on my hands. Thanks again

RE: klunk noise (kinda annoying)
First thing the electrical problem. Sounds like you got a bad battery. I run my amp, lighting, and stereo full blast with NO problems at all. Something else you MAY wish to look into is getting a cap (Capacitor if you don't know what I'm refering to). When I first installed my stereo and amp and whatnot the lights would dim when bass hit. I put the cap in and never had that problem again.
Now for your brake problem... Disk or drum brakes? I need to know before I start trying to troubleshoot.

if it is abs he has disc brakes and sounds like there may just be air in the lines bleed brakes very well and see if it continues if it dose may be a more complex issue.
When you do this you ALWASE have to use bleeder screws or you will mess the diapraham in the abs up if you alreayd did this it may be the issue NEVER back bleed ABS brakes.
