Is there a published list of steering symptoms?

I have a 98 Eclipse with 219K. The car moves side-to-side while driving. It seems to occur more when the right wheel crosses a seam in the road. The steering wheel does not move and there is no play in the steering wheel. There is torque-steer whereby the car moves to the left during acceleration and to the right during de-acceleration.

this would be possibly a number of reasons for side ways movement wheel bearing are bad .. tie rods are bad rims may be out of round.. while there check to make sure your brakes are adjusting properly.. why is it that we spend all this time trying to keep a car running.. why would we want to stop it? haha little pun to ponder.. this is to help those in the future who are looking for answers as i know this post is way old.
