I ahve had a 00 GS in the past owned it 2 years and tried to make it fast

then came along the 02 GT spyder eclipse had for 6 months got a hand full of mods later and I traded

at which time I got the EVO which I have had now for a year and a half and had a bill of sale written up today so it may be gone very very soon.

00 Eclipse GS cost me $296\mo car payment
02 Eclipse GT covert. $340\mo car payment
03 EVO VIII $360\mo car payment

so only cost me $64 more a month for the EVO over my slow 109WHP eclipse

hah, i had a 1986 VW Jetta...... read it right, 98 HP woot, i was taking on lawnmowers and eating them up all the time.

 

haha, my slowest was my accent that i gave to my brother, it had a whopping 1.5L 92HP engine. I actually raced him with my elantra the other day for fun. Pulled about a car length on him.

 

damn, i thought i at least had the best car in terms of lack of speed, thanks for taking that away from me guys, now i got nothin

 

join the "want a turbo" club buddy lol, i've litteraly done EVERYTHING to my 99 gs possible without forced induction or nitrous and it's still only like 15whp higher than when i got it stock.... however i have everything except for my new clutch, fizanza flywheel, oil pan and oil pump siting in my room, when i get those last 4 parts i'm doing a full rebuild on the bottom end and throwing a Turbonetics t4 ball bearing turbo kit on it... prolly wont get it on till like march or april though.... gotta be slow till then

 

Shoulda bought a turbo car lol. Now if only I could get the $300 in parts to get my 'quest up AGAIN I'd be good to go...
