I would also do a fuel pressure check.

Ok, I found out some new information. The guy I bought it from (2 days ago) was running regular unleaded for about 6 months. I know with these you are suppose to be using Premium always. So today we put a new tank of gas and some injection cleaner. Do you think if I take it on the frwy for awhille this will help (will try tomorow).

Does putting reg. unleaded cause any damage? I wont, but because the other guy did, that is why I am asking. I also put new plugs and wires in today and it didn't affect anything.

Regular just has more crap in it, it DOES have to potential to make your car run bad. Its worth a try. ALWAYS run premium, you have a turbocharged car. The more crap in your fuel, the more crap you run through the turbo... which kills performance and the turbo itself eventually.

I took it to my sister's shop and they said they think it might be a fuel injector gone bad. Because when it is at idle you can hear a little spark coming from the injector. So I just bought a refurbished one online (since I don't have the $350 to buy a new one) I will post if it is it, might help someone else.

Thanks for all of the feedback, it has helped since it is providing different points of view.

Thanks again! Keep yor fingers crosssed on the injector issue.

Ok, we replaced the injectors and no change, so that wasn't it. But, thanks to Dusty Eclipse , we adjusted the BISS screw and that fixed the low idol issue. But I have to wonder .... was that a fix or are we just putting a band-aid on the real problem? Also, what is the correct RPM it should be idle'ing at? It seems that when we adjusted the screw, it ran better at 800-1000.
