Are the MAF translators any good for fuel tunning?

if ur referring to the gm ones, then no... they are a bitch to tune... a bit better flowing, but you wont notice a difference with ur set-up... it's basically just so you can run an un-circulated bov, which is annoyin

nope they are worse. Everyone that i have heard of with the MAF-t pro hated it and it actually rode worse with it. I wouldnt reccomend it. By the time you get to a point where you are exceeding the capacity of the MAF sensor, your probably at the point where youd want standalone anyway. I wouldnt suggest a MAFt

biggest problem w/ them is the sensativity that they have. heard of people running just fine w/ them but the slightest change will eff w/ the tuning. ex. a guy i know had one that ran fine but took it out after it got done raining while it was very humid out and it was knocking like a BIA.

+1 I like mine, but only because i piggy back it with the safc-II. Without being able to fine tune it with the safc, i don't think it would idle well, let alone perform well.

I'll let you guys know. It probably won't be this weekend. I'm going to try for next weekend or president's day weekend. I'll definately post what the results are.
