Default Major Leak

yesterday my car was HELLA slow, it wouldnt rev up or anything..........i tried driving and i could only go 5 mph for ten blocks lol. but then i popped the hood and my BOV came off the connecting tube. and then the tube that goes from the BOV to the Intake tract had a Splice under it so it was leaking there too...now my idle is All F'D up and it keeps fluctuating. it goes up and down between 1000-1500 rpms. and now its starting to Stall because the idle sometimes goes down to 500 threatenin stall mostly stalling.........what can i do about this? sould i just replace the rubber hose?
