Default More Air?

Hey everyone, if I drill some holes in the stock air box before the filter so no dirt gets by it, will it give me a little more power I am gonna get a K&N Cone filter but not until I get my valve cover replaced. And what size should I make them? I was thinking the size of a nickel? Any feed back would be great dont want to screw anything up.

Next best thing would be to get a ported 2g manifold (if your car is turbo) Or you can just port your one.

You can get it done for like 50 bucks at a local performance shop. I recomend getting a 2g manifold ported though. Better design

Can I bolt a 2G right into my non-turbo 2.0? And its a A/T does that matter?
