I am working on a 97 eclipse with abad 420 motor. Has anyone done a motor swapfrom a 420 motor to the next generation 4G64 motor. If so how difficultis the swap, and what needs to be changed.I am new to working on mitsubishimotors so any help you can give would be appreciated.
I forgot to mention that we already have the 4g64 motor from a salvaged 01 eclipse.

 

if ya want a 4g64....buy an eclipse that has one, its way expensive to do the swap that its cheaper to buy a new car, but if you love fabbing and modifying...go ahead
