ok i m gonna buy a 1995 rs and i wan t to swap my motor from my 1999 gsx will eveything bolt up and the wiering i kno i got to swap the cpu and tranny and awd **** but will it all bolt up and will the wiering plug in?????????

 

no it will not bolt right up. you will have to make major modifications to make it work. searching also helps out greatly, since im sure this question has been beat to death

 

here is the problem the 420a new car and the gsx has a 4g63 they are 180 degrees backwards from eatch other on 420a the belts are on the passanger side along with the upper motor mount on the gsx they are on the drivers side along with the motor mounts so mouts would have to be moved and possable fabraction would have to be done for other mounts its possable if u got the time and resources.

 

Yep the engine's are oppposite from each other. It'll take ALOT of work to put them in.

 

there facing the same way the belts r on the driver side the motor looks the same just no turbo i have looked at them side by side mabey is not an rs.....

the 420a and the 4g63t in the GST/GSX are not oriented the same way.
