i would not say owns i would say had a partnership scence that is what dimond star motors was. and that is when the 420a was put into mitsu than adaped to neon.

I'm not quite sure the relationship of DSM to Chrysler-Diamler but I KNOW they've been with Plymouth since the 80's (I had an '84 Plymouth Colt and the rear side window said Imported by Mitsubishi).
