hello people of life. I have a few questions on a motor swap that i want to accomplish, i have a 97 eclipse GS auto, and i was looking into purchasing a 4g63-turbo to replace the one i have now. now im still looking into keeping the auto trans.. i would jus like to have some info on this swap. all info would be helpful.

 

Did you use the search? this question has been asked hundreds of times.

Basically you can't do it without alot of fabrication because you have a dodge neon motor, which is complely different then the 4g63. It is going to be very expensive, and not worth time, money and effort.

You will spend less if you just sell your car and put that money together with the $3,000-4,000 you would have to spend on the swap, and just get a GST or GSX.
