whats the word on an auto to manual conversion in a 95tsi?

it was tagged into another post, and no one was responding to it anymore...I need some fast advice, this is my daily, and it's down... sorry if it annoyed you to have to read another one of my posts

do you know if the bracketing is there for a clutch pedal?

I'm going to say no. I know for my '92 GS the bracketing isn't there for the pedal. So I doubt that it is for the newer models either.

LOL Aim is CRSHNTHRSH not on MSN (Don't use AIM very often either).

its complicated, expensive and hard. if you really wana do it though you could call around in your area for anyone that may do it. im sure you'll have to supply the parts, new tranny, drivetrain, clutch assembly, shifter. there will be welding, cutting, it may not look that clean and you may have reliability issues. it will cost lots.

That bad to swap between an AT and MT? I never would have thought you'd have to change the transaxles or anything more than the trans and adding the shifter and clutch parts.
