Well say, "hey, I'll believe it when I see it." Tell him to run it and then tell you how fast it is. Also the 350 isn't a great thing to compare it to, they're not very fast in a quarter relative to their hp rating.

 

In a turbocharged car I don't see 13.5's out of 224hp. Unless he is on "tire" and is a great driver.
