Default My little rant

Well this weekend i decided to attempt changing wheel bearing/hub on my own since it was just take off and put on type of thing. To my dissapointment and luck the wheel bearing and hub didnt' come off the axel. Oh and yes i remember TE saying it happen to him before how he drove it for to long and it didn't come off and turned into a more expensive repair. Well to my luck it has. Another hard lesson. Ohh and I mention a few weeks back that my crank pully was moving in and out. I was told by the shop its a common problem with these cars. Just wondering did it happen to n e body else lol. I also let them attempt to try to fix the random missfire with my 6 bolt cuz they were saying how they know it all and know why its doing it. I told them what i thought and how it can be fix but they dind't believe me. so i made a bet with them. They changed my sparks and wires to stock and a few days later its back. lol Time for me to collect. Well that my story lol. enjoy.

Not common with the 6 bolt... Do you have the 7 bolt or the 6 bolt in your car?

Ohh its a 6 bolt. it didn't crank walk.. the inner rubber on the pulley wore off and basicaly didn't exist. so the crank pully woudl slide out. but the tension on the belts pulled it back in. So it went in and out. It got changed and its fine now. I just have other problemss to address. I am tryin to get this car ready for sale lol. I dont like to sell it in the condition its in.

it just fuses together from rust. You can get an axle pretty cheap from a junk yard though. I had mine done by a shop so it cost alittle more. But i dont think it shouldbe that expensive. My second problem then became getting the ABS sensor off the axle, that didnt happen either

Yeah same thing happens with old cars and taking the wheels off. You just need to carry a mallet!

my moms car had one of the rims of the car actually rust to the axel, had to cut it off with a torch.
