NE Quick Ideas for 95 Eclipse HP boost

I have a 95 Eclipse GST. I came from old carburated 350 Monte carlo and im not sure what Quick and easy ways there are to add HP to these Turbo engines. Anybody know of some quick and cheap ideas?

intake and exhaust will help and are the first things you need to do. also a boost controller and boost gauge so you know what you are set at.

Yea and all those I put in a BOV and that really helped with turbo lag and made it a lot quicker.
