I would go with a Clutch Masters or a Exedy clutch. I found stage 2 exedy clutches for around $400 at Machonecar.com.

I totally recommend Exedy. Excellent quality and a decent price. Also, made in japan, if that's important to anyone.

Exedy is also the company that makes the stock clutches for Eclipses. Thought you might like to know.

Go to EBAY, get yourself an ACT 2100 series racing clutch...good up to 300 h.p;i got my clutch/presure plate for $325 i just put one in my '97 GST...grabs great, especially if you also install ACT's X-ACT lightweight flywheel...only 12.5 l.b's...quick revs, great for racing; you definitely notice a kick when you install it.

Don't get a 2100 because it won't handle the launches. You should get a 2600 and the act xact flywheel that greddy gst said but make sure you don't get a fidanza it will go out fast because it's so light, and with awd you get no wheel hop or spin so all the force goes on the drivetrain, hop this helps.

Is the 2600 a good street clutch?... 2100 is fine for someone making minor tuning; In order to reach over 300 h.p is gonna cost some money, unless hes turning this car to the track, i dont see any reason to get the 2600... i dont know though....isnt 2600 like a 6-puck clutch? If so, its completely ridiculous to put in a street car, unless u wanna stall ur car a million times to get used to it...and im not sure what nate was saying, but it looks to me like he said u wnt wheel hop?...not sure though...?

With a awd car you get no wheel hop or spin so all the torque goes to the drivetrain so get a strong clutch because if you race at all and after launching the clutch will wear. And the 2600 just takes some geting used to but after awhile it's not that bad.

i just figured a racing clutch like that is gonna put so much pressure up against ur foot, youll get foot cramps holding it down...lol
