need help

i took the head off my 1990 turbo eclipse and i pulled this wire out and now i dont know where it go's

That clips onto the other clip by the throttle body and intake manifold

like i sayed it was pulled out and i need to know where to hook those two wires up to

can you cut the black tape that is around the wires and reconnect them because on my car i have two plugs as well and i only use one of them.
