need help

i took the head off my 1990 turbo eclipse and i pulled this wire out and now i dont know where it go's

That clips onto the other clip by the throttle body and intake manifold

can you cut the black tape that is around the wires and reconnect them because on my car i have two plugs as well and i only use one of them.
