Default Need Help

Welcome to my hell I just installed my Big 16g hooked everything back up literally on the last bolt on the oil return and it snaps.(on the oil pan)I would have been done but know I am leaking oil out of it and have no way of getting the sucker out. Does any1 have any idea how I can seal this thing? I know it is n ot pressurized so a sealant could work I'm thinking. Any ideas out ther?

You can get it out if you spend a fw bucks. Drill a hole through the center of the bolt, geta revered tap and crresponding screws and screw a screw into it

I would say if you dont knowwhat you are doing take it to a shop they will charge you like 60 dollars probably. Ive heard and seen first hand way to many stories of the drill bit braking in the bolt and then you being screwed

Get a removal tool. You buy the bit, then drill a hole into the snapped screw... and hammer the bit you bought into the hole (the hole should be the size of the tip) then attach a drill to the bit, put it in reverse and out it should come. I removed 6 stripped bolts a few days ago with this method.

Cordless drills DO NOT have enough torque to do this. Just a note.

Make sure you hammer it in the hole good.. it has to be snug and not moving
