Need help about Alternater

RE: Need help about Alternater
it might be a dead battery. if you can jump it take it to autozone and have them check the charging system and the battery and i think they can do the starter. just make sure that you have a buddy with another car so you can jump it if it wont start back up.
now if you try to start the car and all you can hear a click....thats your starter. if you start it up and you let it run for 20 mins or so and turn it off and wont start backup on its own, either you battery is bad, or your alternator is bad.

Theres a great site if youre looking for different parts in your engine bay. As for the alternator though, it should be about the size of a soft ball and most often you can see the copper wiring inside of it. It should also be on the lower right side of the engine closer to bumper.
