if you get a boost controller and a gauge, turning up the boost by about 3 or 4 psi you should be hitting around 240-260 hp i believe with those mods

One thing to do before you turn the psi up is remove the stock 2G bov and replace it with a 1G (they're inexpensive used) because they'll hold 18psi consistantly. The stock 2G bov will leak even at stock boost.

Yes the 16g will bolt right up, its in the same housing as the 14b(stock). Not sure about the 20g tho...
Ummm the stock turbo is not a 14b its a T25 and you need and install kit to bolt on a 16g but the manifold bolt pattern is the same

NO WAY!!. You wont even be close to that, if your talking at the wheels. They put out 210hp at the "crank" remember. So at the wheels its even less. Like 180 or something like that. So you wont get 50hp from 4 psi

i believe stock boost is about 12psi. removing the BC will bump you up to 13-14psi. but you can get a MBC and run 18 on it all day long. any higher than that and you will max out the turbo and begin to knock.

18psi? Are you sure on stock fuel? I thought 15 was the max you could run on stock fuel
