yeah man like all these guys are saying just go ahead and sell the car...you said you got it for free well as long as its in half *** decent shape you should be able to get like prob around 3-5k for it then just go buy a gst\gsx and build on an engine thats already turbo in the first place...i mean you cant go get a crazy huge turbo and put it on there w/o doing some work but it'll save you a lot more money to upgrade some **** in that car to put a big turbo on it then in that gs or rs or w/e it is that you have...hell you might even be happy w/ the way the turbo eclipse run w/o upgrading the turbo system on it i mean they run pretty bad *** just stock so you should def look into it man...

 

the gsx's are not only very good platforms for a beast of a car but also very fun to drive. i drove my first one about 3 months ago and absolutly loved it. it had a 16g on it w/ all suporting mods pushing 311whp on our mustang dyno and that lil car scoooooted! very fun to drive.
