i put a new gauge face in and everything works except theboost gauge... any idea why?

the boost gague is probobly stuck on the face. Did you fasten them down with double sided tape?

you may have pushed the needle down to hard and it's stuck in place, they are very sensative. try taking the needle off and just barely pushing it on.
