Default New intake, only stock BOV?

I just put on a BOmz raciong short ram intake, on the description it never said anything about the bov, but i see a lot of ram airs can only fit with the stock bov, i hope this isnt the case cuz i wanna buy a blitz super sound valve, does anyone know? also the stock bov just recirculates into the intake, would io be able to just take that hose off so it will just vent into the atmosphere just temporayr until i get the new one and plug up that hole in the intake or would that just cause problems?

You're going to have to plug up the hole into the intake pipe. And why do you want to vent into the atmosphere? Are you running GM MAFT?
Or why don't you just buy the intake that is a straight pipe instead of one with a recir hole?

dont plan on venting. Make sure when you buy your intake pipe it has a hole for recirculating just in case. Not all cars will like it if you vent and if yours doesnt, your going to be stuck with a setup that will make your car run like crap. If you can get away with venting, then you can just plug the hole. But in my opinion, you should never vent anyway. I know all the newbies love the sound of a BOV venting, but just about everyone i kno with a fast car cringes at the sound. You not only make your car run rich and lose power, but your turbo spools up slower. not worth it in my opinion.
