Default No check engine light

Hi. I have a friend who's girlfriends '95 Eclipse will not start. Quick history as I know it; car intermittently sputtered, dies, starts back up repeat. Had the coil replaced, ran for a bit then same. Then I am called. I checked coil primary and secondary ohms. Fine. No signal to coil from PCM. Two relays on firewall, check out ok via batt voltage. No power to crank or cam sensor. No check engine light so I am unable to do the key dance. So is it the PCM?
Sure could use some help. My experience is with '86-'87 turbo Buicks so please don't hold that against me.
Thanks,
H. Howard

most likely it is the PCM, if there is no signal from the coil and you know the coil is good........
